Shipping Policy

Please read the following shipping terms before placing an order.

Shipping Locations
Orders are shipped from England. Fox of St. Aveline Ltd currently ship to the United Kingdom, Ireland, Europe, Canada, the United States, Australia, and New Zealand.

Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for paying the cost of the product and the applicable shipping/postage fee at checkout. Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination and shipping service used.

Processing and Dispatch Times
Orders will be dispatched once they have been completed and payment has been received. As items are handmade, processing times may vary. You will receive confirmation once your order has been dispatched.

Customs, Duties and Import Taxes
For orders shipped outside of the United Kingdom, any customs duties, import taxes or additional handling fees are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are set by the destination country and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

Fox of St. Aveline Ltd are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can assist with your issue and/or in raising a claim with the postal carrier where applicable.

Incorrect Address Information
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. Fox of St. Aveline Ltd cannot be held responsible for orders that are delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect address information provided by the customer.
