Behind every piece is a fully realised world — a feeling, a visual, a vibe that exists vividly behind my eyes. I didn't just create a brand; I created a character, a place, an atmosphere. And every bag I make is my way of translating that world into something you can hold, carry, and feel. The Maker Behind the Brand

My name is Knox Blair, and I started Fox of St. Aveline Ltd because I simply had to. There's a creative need that lives in me — one that gnaws and pulls until I'm working with my hands, turning something plain into something extraordinary. When I'm not creating, I feel it. So I create.

Handbags, to me, are deeply personal. They're one of the boldest statements you can make through fashion — beautiful, abstract, and entirely practical all at once. That balance sums me up rather well. By day I study for my Bachelor's Degree in Business and Law and work part-time in the legal sector, in settings such as police custody, but my hands tell a different story: they weave, sew, and crochet plain skeins of yarn into wearable artwork.

The Craft

Every Fox of St. Aveline Ltd bag is made entirely by hand — hand woven, hand sewn, and hand crocheted. No machines. No shortcuts.

I work with crushed velvet tube yarn, velvet accessories, and a carefully chosen variety of textured yarns to build each bag from scratch. Floral decorations are crocheted by hand and finished with a steel Fox of St. Aveline logo — and a little sparkle, if that's your thing.

The result is something you carry with you and everyone else notices.
